Founded in 2017, RaiMana Institute emerged alongside the global growth of coaching psychology. As the first institute in Iran to offer coach training grounded in coaching psychology, RaiMana integrates more than 25 years of experience in human resources consulting, leadership development, executive and team coaching, and applied psychology. Coaching Certification Programs

RaiMana Institute provides certified coaching programs grounded in psychological science. We are the official representative of Olver International and the Academy of Choice (USA), and the exclusive provider of the International Choice Coaching Certification in Iran. Since 2017, RaiMana has delivered coach training through in-person, online, and distance learning formats. Our programs are based on:
